I’m an experienced Registered Mental Health Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I combine a variety of psychological therapies such as CBT, Mindfulness, and a recovery, solution focused model.
My focus is on helping you to overcome the problems or issues that are holding you back and preventing you from living the life that you want to lead. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy, because everyone is different.
